I look into the bright beautiful eyes of my granddaughter of 5 years, and then I think of what if she tells me or me when I hear "Grandpa, I can't"
I say, honey, we don't quite there is no "I can't".
I tell her to keep trying and I will help her just as you and we all here at SFI are helping me succeed I look into her beautiful eyes and that makes me, say I can and I will make my SFI business work. It may take me a hundred years but for the sake of my princess who could eventually benefit from my persistence, I go on.

Dimond Team Leader at SFI:
To go from being a struggling AFF to a Diamond Team Leader is a long shot, a shot so long that only a handful of people will successfully execute in a few months period, others will have to keep trying for a few more years, or even a lifetime.
It is not easy, but it is possible. It is also not easy to maintain a lower level leadership rank or advance to the next level above, but it is possible.
The most important question to ask is, "what type of a team does one need to take aim and shoot for these lucrative step income levels in the shortest time possible..?"
When you understand why affiliates become inactive and eventually buckle out, you will begin to want to look for certain cues or triggers, you will want to know what is it that tells their minds to go into "inactive" mode. You honestly deserve to know what is it about them that is blocking their awakening and progress.
You will find answers to this questions in the book, "The Power of Habit" by Charles Duhigg.
Right now though, you want to understand how others succeed where most fail.
The other day I was online reading articles on the subject, Digital Marketing and a few days later, the blog which provides me daily insights on Inbound Marketing and Sales started sending me links to download eBooks and reports on Digital Marketing.
Learn to protect your target market means your Personally Sponsor Affiliates.
Keep noticed a different behavior pattern in your PSA and launched a series of well-planned emails to break it right there and cause the formation of a new habit.
How much do you know about your PSA(affiliates) and what are you doing to protect them from de-molarized and be inactive?
Now this brings me to speak about the 6 habits of successful SFI affiliates and they are;
1. Reading - Readers are Leaders.
Reading is the key to business in the SFI affiliate program. Reading is your SFI business. Affiliates who deviates from this first order of business, will not always show up for work until such time that they have mastered the habit of reading. Successful SFI affiliates are readers. Readers are leaders and knowledge is King.
2. Learning - Absorb knowledge - absorb income.
We read to learn or remind ourselves of things or events that are of value to us. When we break our reading habit, we systematically block out the acquisition of new knowledge, we refuse to sharpen our axes before a long walk into the heart of a dense forest.
Remember that being able to sponsor, refer and sell is half the battle. Knowing what is being sold, and who is being referred or sponsored is the other half.
Successful SFI affiliates know these differences because they read to learn and to apply their newly acquired knowledge.
You may not be a psychologist, but you can conduct an affiliate engagement survey for your analysis, learning and understanding of who these people are, every single one of them.
This way, you can improve how you communicate with your team.. Luckily for you, SFI has already gotten that information about your PSAs for you....go study it at Movers tabs.
3. Sponsoring - Teamwork worth for the growth.
Successful SFI affiliates are effective sponsors and referrers.
They are always sponsoring and referring. They research the PSA or the customer to make sure they are a good fit. They stick to their ideal PSA or Buyer Persona and know exactly who they are bringing onboard or selling to and why. They work with workers.
4. Investing - blossoming.
Successful SFI affiliates are habitual investors. They understand the time value of money, return on investment and sets reasonable and realistic payback periods.
They understand what Zig meant when he said....."If you choose to eat too much today, you choose to weigh too much tomorrow"
And it is true; if you choose to invest too much today, you choose to earn too many returns on your investments tomorrow. Success does not happen by accident...it is a deliberate outcome from a sequence of planned activities.
5.Buying - prove our authenticity.
TripleClicks is your store, if you don't buy at TripleClicks, then who will. I mentioned the book, The Power of Habit on purpose because all SFI affiliates can benefit a lot from it. It is the habit of a successful SFI affiliate, to also buy some of the things she or he sells.
6. Selling - expansion.
Selling is the clue that unravels all the secrets of success. To be a successful SFI affiliate, you must always engage in activities that will generate sales. And most importantly, you must strive to research and refer customers that are a fit for your business.
And, if I can add another habit -
7. Persistence - Lionheart
Quitters are knitters, in the last row. There's no excuse to success - set goal, act, stick the goal, get The Goal.
It takes to form a habit (good or Bad) 21 Days, say Sociologists., i.e., if one persists in doing a thing (the 6 or 7 habits as you say)continuously for 21 days; It becomes inelienable with the individual and automatically, he/she does it after those 21 days. So, the prerequisite is consciously doing those things in the first instance so that subsequently it (the habit) becomes part of you unconsciously
What I feel is it would be desirable to make them in pairs, as they are linked with each other, such as reading & learning, purchases & sales., such that these twin habits become fast in learning & be a part of the individual.
The second thing is HABIT is Second Nature. Once a powerful habit is formed. It becomes a part of your person/entity.
