HOW YOUR WEBSITE LOOK AND CONTAINS

What Should Your Website contain?


  • Content should go on your website? 
  • Information will your visitors expect to find?


The Basics

The basics aren’t so basic. For reasons that make web experts scratch their heads, some websites are missing the most obvious content so let’s lay out the non-negotiables.

Your Logo at the Top- No need to get artsy with the design. People expect to see your logo in the upper left corner of your site. It could be in the center but make sure it’s there.

Company Name- Looking “trendy” doesn’t make you exempt from including your company name. And it can’t be embedded in an image. Google can’t read images so if your company name isn’t in text format, Google won’t see it.

Your Contact Information- address with a clickable Google maps link if you have a physical presence and clickable phone number so people can easily get in touch with you. This information should be easy to find within seconds. A contact link in the foot and/or header is ideal.

What You Do- At the top of your website, you should say what you do in as few words as possible. Uber has an image of a smiling person in the driver’s seat of a car with text that says, “Get there.” You may find it hard to be that concise but that’s the idea.

Text About Them Rather Than You- You’re proud of your business, and you should be, but your customer probably doesn’t care. Unless you’re writing an “About” page, nobody wants to read how many clients you’ve serviced or how your service is “top-notch” or “better than the rest.” They want to know how you can solve their problem. Speak to that.

Content Should Constantly Change- If your website is stale, your customers will believe that your business is too. Keep content fresh, relevant, timely, and all about giving to them in some way.

Standard Pages- You still need an about page, a contact us page, and a homepage but for informational purposes, don’t add much more. You don’t need multiple pages of company history or a page that has the logos of everybody you’ve worked for. The fewer pages the better.

E-Commerce Sites

Now that you have the basics for all sites, let’s look specifically at e-commerce sites. E-commerce is all about selling but that doesn’t mean that it’s a total hard sell the whole time.

A Blog- You may or may not need this depending on your offerings. If you’re a specialty e-commerce site, a blog can make a lot of sense. Mr. Porter is a UK based specialty menswear e-commerce site well known for their blog. Articles like, “What to wear to the Gym this January” and, “A Dopamine-Releasing Recipe From an Expert Chef” are examples of how the company creates an immersive experience that speaks to a lifestyle instead of just selling.

User Generated Content- Social media has changed how we shop. We care what the company tells us but we put more weight on the opinions of customers just like us. Have a place for people to post reviews of the products you sell.

The Price- Don’t be shy about the putting the price where people can see it right away. You want qualified buyers and they don’t want to waste their time. Stay away from things like, “click here to see the price.”

Easy Purchasing Experience- The more the customer must click, the more likely you’ll lose the sale. As you think through content on your site, how can you get them from learning about the product to entering their credit card information the fastest?

Lead Generation Sites

Lead generation sites aren’t as much interested in directly selling the customer a product or service—although they might be later on. For now, they want to build a list of qualified people or want to generate traffic for ad clicks or other monetization strategies that don’t include direct selling. Often these are blog sites. Here are a few items a blog site should have.

A Sign-Up Form- Actually, nearly every site should have a sign-up form but for lead generation sites, getting somebody onto your e-mail list is the ultimate win. Popups still work but people are growing increasingly annoyed by them and Google is reportedly now penalizing what it calls “intrusive interstitials.” Google doesn’t want popups that cover main page content where the user has to click off of it to continue on the site. You still need a signup form but how can you do it without annoying your reader?

An RSS Feed- Yes, RSS is getting a little old but it’s still widely used in mobile apps and computers. For people who read a lot of blogs, an RSS feed is how they know you posted a new article.

Video Content- You can still get a lot of mileage out of text posts but the content is quickly moving more toward video. If you haven’t explored video content, now’s the time to get in the game. Your phone provides a great a way to get into video blogging and services like Facebook Live allow for great content without a lot of work.

Expert Posts- You’ve likely noticed that everybody seems to have a blog now and many have blogs about the content they’re not experts in. Find experts in the field and interview them. Make blog posts highly authoritative and valuable. Rule of thumb—if you’re getting your information from other blog posts, you’re probably not standing out.

Intentional Call to Action- If your goal is to get them signed up on your e-mail list, have a signup call to action at the end of every post. You might even embed a signup form into the post. Don’t let them read your content without asking them to sign up unless you have an intentional reason.

Bottom Line

Don’t forget about the basics but depending on the type of site, there are other items you should also have. Like anything with content marketing, test, retest, and test again. Be willing to give up what you believe are good ideas if the data tell a different story.

I already have 5 designated diamonds which is the most I am allowed I had 
a team leader that deserved to be one as he would benefit from opti-build
there was a way I could not only help him but I could help another star team leader
I have and in the long term progress me to Platinum Team Leader.

So what did I do you may ask well this is the process I went through I gave him 5 PSA
to make him team leader them got him to agree to opti-build term to give at least
50% of PSA to any designated Diamonds he gets.

Next, I gave away 2 of my team leaders like this I moved a bronze team leader under 
him that made my team leader a Silver Team Leader then I moved him to an awesome
Silver team leader I have to give her one of the STL she needs to get to GTL.

I am now working to progress one of her Team Leaders to get to Silver hopefully this month
to get her to GTL giving me one of the GTL I need to get to PTL.

So I gave 2 team Leaders away from my mover's short-term that it 2 direct commissions I will
not get this month but I have strengthened my team in the process.

I want to do this again in the near future if you are on my team and read this then you 
should be wanting to impress me with your work and dedication and show me you
are adding to your team and growing you're downline.

I am prepared to give big to the right person will this be you.

Look further than just your 1st generation and see who you can help
to improve their business and ultimately yours as well don't be selfish think
long-term strong legs for your business make it's unbreakable.

Be a team builder and team player if you are holding them back 
explain why you want to move them and don't be selfish it will not help you long term.

Perseverance will pay you financial independence

 If you really want to succeed in your SFI business, you’ll do whatever it takes to keep moving forward, 
especially in the area of Sponsoring, 
Generating Sales, 
Matching versa points, 
waking your the inactive PSAs, CSAs, 
Participating in the Localvantia program, 
RECA program, 
Doing your daily, weekly and monthly tasks. 

But forward momentum is a habit. 
So build the routines that support it.

Start your SFI business off in a way that energizes you and boosts your confidence. 
Then immediately jump into creating something or design a plan and action that we take you to your success in SFI business. 

That could be writing down your plan, marketing, teaching, playing games, etc. Keep knocking out your goals that you came up with in this business. 
And make sure that you’re always choosing positive thoughts. Set daily goals for affirmations, gratitude and visualization. 
Better yet, set a recurring alarm every 30 minutes to remind you to stop negative thoughts and to choose useful ones because Nothing can happen unless you have the right mindset, developing the right mindset is vital to being successful in your SFI business.

My friends being in any business takes commitment. Ask yourself “ what am I committed to doing that will make this business a success “. 
At SFI we set monthly goals at the beginning of each month. And that is a very good tool to keep you on track. But really you need to set an ultimate goal for yourself. This ultimate goal becomes your mission in life. 
Perhaps you want to work this business full time and quit your job. Perhaps you want to set your ultimate goal to be making XX amount of money annually. Whatever your ultimate goal is, write it down. Start working towards that ultimate goal and use your daily, weekly, monthly goals as tracking tools to reach that ultimate goal. This is YOUR MISSION.

How can we build a strong foundation for reaching our Ultimate GOAL in SFI.

Here are the two minimum GOAL's that will help us build a strong foundation for reaching our Ultimate GOAL in SFI.

GOAL 1 - Become a Bronze Team Leader. This will make you eligible to receive matching VP from your Team (Gen 1 to Gen 6 ) which will be equivalent to your share in the TripleClicks Executive Pool (TCEP).


TripleClicks Executive pool (TCEP) is the total CV (Commission Volume) from all sales at TripleClicks.
40% of this total CV amount becomes the TripleClicks Executive Pool.
Glossary definition: Executive Pool
A potentially lucrative, monthly income stream available to all SFI affiliates. SFI puts 40% of the CV of EVERY purchase—companywide—into the Executive Pool. For each VersaPoint (VP) you accumulate during the month, you receive one share of the month's pool. The more VP you score, the more you can earn from the Executive Pool. GOAL 2 - Find five active PSA's who will duplicate what you are doing. This means that their minimum GOAL is also to become a Bronze Team Leader and to find Five active PSA's who will become BTL.

If all member's of your Team will have this minimum GOAL and achieve it every month, this will be the potential monthly benefit that you will get from the TripleClicks Executive Pool. 

This is based on the 3000 VP required to reach or maintain the BTL status.

Gen 1 - 5 BTL matching VP 15,000
Gen 2 - 25 BTL matching VP 75,000
Gen 3 - 125 BTL matching VP 375,000
Gen 4 - 625 BTL matching VP 1,875,000
Gen 5 - 3125 BTL matching VP 9,375,000
Gen 6 - 15625 BTL matching VP 46,875,000

Total matching VP/ share in TCEP= 58,590,000
Multiply it by the current value of TCEP and you will get the amount of your potential monthly income.

Setting a GOAL is easy but having the determination and the positive attitude in reaching it is the real challenge. The real challenge is in finding those five active PSA's who will duplicate what we are doing and who will see the "BIG PICTURE" in SFI. If we really want to achieve something, we must do our best and work hard in reaching our GOAL. 

Another challenge is the money that we need to achieve our GOAL, remember that what we are doing is a business and all business need a capital. Think of a business that you can start and run with less than $50 a month, and be behaving 5 active PSA's who will duplicate what you are doing will make your business expenses FREE. HOW? If you are buying (Auto order) a 125 TCredits pack to reach your BTL status, you will spend $36.25 every month. If your 5 PSA's are also doing the same, for every 125 TCredits pack they buy you will get a $7.94 direct commission. This means that every month you will get a total of (5x$7.94) $39.70 direct commission which will be enough to cover the cost of your own purchase of 125 TCredits pack.

How can we help SFI generate sales by doing this? Building an active Team and teaching them how to earn money is like creating a customer base who are capable of buying items from our online stores and from SFI ECA's. If we succeeded in building an active Team ( Gen 1 to Gen 6 + YOU ) , SFI will have 19531 potential customers who will have the money to spend in buying items from TC and ECA's. By just using the 125 TCredits pack in reaching BTL status will give SFI a ( 19531x$36.25 ) $707,998.75 monthly sales with (19531x$7.94) $155,076.14 monthly direct commission for the Affiliates and 58,590,000 shares in TCEP.

We have set our GOAL, we have seen the "BIG PICTURE", all we have to do now is work to achieve our GOAL.

Self Discipline leads to success




Self-discipline is one of the most important and useful skills everyone should possess.
This skill is essential in every area of life but though everybody acknowledges its importance very few do something to strengthen it.
Contrary to common belief,
Self-discipline does not mean being harsh toward yourself or living a limited, restrictive lifestyle.
Self-discipline means self-control, which is a sign of inner strength and control of yourself, your actions, and your reactions.
Self-discipline gives you the power to stick to your decisions and follow them through, without changing your mind, and is, therefore, one of the important requirements for achieving goals.
The possession of this skill enables you to persevere with your decisions and plans until you accomplish them. It also manifests as inner strength, helping you to overcome addictions, procrastination and laziness to follow through with whatever you do to achieve your Goal.

Yes! I think it is really a great essential habit everybody should have! and I think, even If when we are earning a great good income or not this great habit of self-discipline is evenly important !!

Habit is defined as a settled or regular tendency or practice, especially one that is hard to give up.

Wiki says that habit is a routine of behavior that is repeated regularly and tends to occur subconsciously.

Self Discipline is not a principle of Success that once it is learned to save it till you need it. Better still it is a great habit that must be used and developed by using it often in the marketplace and at home, actually in everything you do.

By forming this great habit of self-discipline all of us will be ready to take full advantage of it whenever and wherever the right opportunity presents itself.

Form the great habits by doing the things, failures never like to do.
What successful people have come to understand is that discipline is the gateway to the achievement of their goals. They learned how to use discipline in their lives to achieve their dreams. They leveraged the art of self-discipline by creating a foundational set of good habits that helped them to see things through.

can’t be formed without having a handle on our ability

to discipline our actions and behaviors.

Self-discipline is the best habit we have to learn.

When I don't have my daily routine, my day is lost. I brought one good habit in my daily routine. It is getting up early. 

Just because you work from home doesn't mean you can sleep all day and work
2 hours in the day. You have to think about SFI as your own business, and you have to work hard on it.

Getting up early in the morning helped me to keep focus and do major of my work before noon. In the morning I am rested and ready to give best of me to my business. That is something that I do every day. 

I think that self-discipline is the key to success in SFI.



Be future millionaire joining and treating it as a serious business- SFI

Is SFI worth your time spending on it? Are you making money? 
Have you worked on it seriously with all your BEST? 

Vast number of new affiliates complain that SFI is not earning platform but let me ask them one question, 'Have you done your best?' 


Money does not grow on trees. We have to put some work in. 
This is a business, therefore you should treat it a serious business, similarly if you owned a clothing or food store. 
Yes, I know that you have heard about many other programs or perhaps you signed up with other programs in the past. Guess what, so have I. 
This is how I know that SFI has one of the best online platforms. 

It is also one of the best options for persons who are not able to maintain expensive budgets. 

If you owned a restaurant, school, pharmacy or gas station, you would have to spend a certain number of hours each day managing staff, making orders, planning, holding meetings, doing payroll, filing income and expenditure reports and a myriad of other managerial duties.

Likewise, if you plan to make SFI a serious business, you need to have a plan. 

You will also need to dedicate at least one hour per day doing your daily tasks, recruiting new members for your team, reading and planning. 
Yes FUTURE MILLIONAIRES, ALL OF THIS CAN BE DONE WITHIN ONE HOUR.


How difficult can it be to find five serious persons who will dedicate themselves to building a team with you? 

Quite challenging 
I'd say. 
This is the reason it will only benefit the individual who works diligently at his or her SFI business. 

I prefer to do face to face prospecting and I enjoy delivering presentations in front of large groups. These methods work for me. When I prospect persons, I outline the PLAN. When I do this, immediately they begin to GET THEIR THINKING RIGHT. 

They are able to visualize a journey. 
The aim is to underscore the fact that they will not begin to earn lucratively just yet. 
I try to get them to understand that they will have to invest about two years in the establishment of their businesses. 
I explain that after approximately two years of hard work, they should be able to sit back and watch SFI work for them. 
I go further and explain that if they do not work hard, they may still not be earning a profit even after two years; that without a large team, they will not do well, unless they plan to function successfully as ECA's. 
Only those who are willing to take this journey with you will become active. 

I also explain how one earns shares from the Triple Clicks Executive Pool. 

Do you know what I also do? I am honest with them. I explain that if they desire to excel in SFI, they will need to finance their businesses. 
I tell them that they will need to commit approximately $36.25 to their businesses monthly. 
I describe briefly the various things that they could purchase in Triple Clicks to run their SFI offices. 

I challenge all young affiliates like myself to give our SFI businesses the best of us. 

Let's make this happen. 
I strongly believe this can work. 
I do know though that it will take hard work.

Indeed, without a plan, you are lost, no direction, no way to go, no followers, no income, no power.

Follow the plan, set targets, reach them and you will see, you become a leader, an example.

B. Creating the Written Plan is the most difficult thing to do but SFI has done it for us. So the most common cause of failure of Written Goals has been eliminated for us by SFI

C. This SFI “THE PLAN” narrows the gap between the end result we want to attain and where we are now, with this clear plan.

D. Using Goal setting with your SFI business and achieving success will give you greater success in the setting and achieving personal goals too.

E. Business Goal is typically written on an annual basis. Throughout the year for our SFI business, we need to have weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews to track our progress towards our annual goals.

F. Daily Reviews are best for us to use. We are being trained by SFI to do our DAILY To-Do-List. Setting aside about 10 minutes daily before going to bed at the end of each day, we should review what we have accomplished for the day. Then we need to make a short list on what to prioritize for the next day, to get us on track with the weekly and longer-term goals. 

G. To helps us accomplish our Written Goals, let’s adopt the “SMART” acronym
Specific - For example, I want to become an Executive Affiliate before the end of this month.
Measurable - "becoming BTL" or "recruiting/buying 20 PSAs" are measurable goals "reading more" or "playing more games/auctions" are not really measurable. 
Attainable - your goal should be exciting but attainable. If you are a newbie, trying to be In the Top 3 SFI recruiters for the month, is a pipe dream.
Relevant – your short-term goals should be directly aligned with your long-term plans. 
Time-Related – attaining the DTL status is the long-term goal, in 5 to 10 years - or sooner. Reaching and keeping the EA, BTl, STL, GTL and PTL levels need a specific time frame too

Before the Internet and Emails, you can imagine the marked difficulty in organizing coops, including collecting payments from participants and delivering the coop signups.

After joining the NM team of Gery Carson in the early 1990s, I participated in his team’s coops while doing my own separate promotions to recruit more members for my own Team.

When SFI needed to be created by Gery Carson in November 1998, SFI Coops was made available for all, soon after the launch of SFI.

In my four decades of doing Network Marketing, I am absolutely sure that the easiest thing to do to get Duplication for our own SFI business, is learning, using and teaching The Power Of Coops.

How To Gain Momentum In Your Own SFI Team

In SFI, all serious affiliates with persistent efforts and enough time of dedicated work will experience this wonderful event of gaining Momentum in the growth of their Team 

Creating momentum, at the beginning, is difficult in our SFI business. It may take months or years of persisting recruiting before we have enough active
and persistent teammates, before momentum develops. When it does, it will be hard to stop. We must expect that most will give up especially those who expect fast results.

We must realize that most who join our SFI Team have little or zero experience as business people and have “Employee” mentality, thus expecting some payment or profit from any effort, soon after giving something to their SFI business.

We must steadily apply what we learn to recruit while buying signups, to make sure that our Team is able to replace those who quit while adding more new team members.

Only by pressing forward consistently, will our Team grow. No letting up in our efforts - to get momentum with several hundred or thousands of teammates who are duplicating. 

Several hundreds of teammates doing a little is much better than you or just a few teammates doing a lot. As your volume of sales grows, your check amount will also grow.

As an example, to add 100 new signups to our Team every month, we likely need to have at least 1000 members of our Team. We can add more if we have Superstar recruiters in our Team OR we organize Team coops, who buy Signups with bulk purchases.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT SFI - I LIKE TO SHARE WITH YOU, FROM MY FOUR DECADES OF DOING NETWORK MARKETING:
1. Not one established company aside from SFI offers Signups to buy to its Affiliates.
2. Most Leaders in Network Marketing Companies to be able to recruit cost-efficiently must learn and apply well: Funnel Pages, autoresponders, Hosting, Advertising using Paid/Free Traffic, Social Media especially Facebook, Pay-Per-Click, Pay-Per-View, Retargeting, The 6 Pillars - Foundation of Online Marketing Business, The Three Phases Of Growth In Your Online Business, Scaling Up using Big TV Networks/Publications, ec...
3. Much easier for us to learn and apply the use of our SFI Coop Manager and buying Signups from SFI and/or other ECA Sellers.
4. Then we get Duplication from other active teammates by including them in our Team Coops, like “Show and Tell” – so they can learn how to organize their own Team Coops

SUMMARY: To Gain Momentum in our own SFI Business, we must keep moving forward, by persistently buying signups and organizing Coops (much easier than learning to recruit on our own), To get Duplication, we must include our Active teammates to participate in our Team Coops, letting them know that you expect them to learn how to organize their own Coops in a month or two.

Let me say again that in my four decades of doing Network Marketing, the easiest way to produce Duplication is to learn, apply and teach Coop Organizing.

Because of the arrival of the Internet, our Network Marketing, MLM, or Direct Selling, our Industry has been “exploding” in growth.

The book series, “Future Choice” (Amazon; Author is MLM Teacher Michael Clouse) has published these data:

A. 1992 - First Edition – half a million Americans joined 5 million Network Marketers worldwide - $13 Billion Industry (Title Of Book: “Why Network Marketing May Be Your Best Career Move”). Impressive Book Title for the first book about Network Marketing to reach bookstores, published in 1993.

B. 1996 – Second Edition – 7.8 million Americans joined other Network Marketers worldwide – now totaling 25 million (20 million increase in 4 years)

C. 2006 – Third Edition – 175K new American participants joined 57 million (32 million increase in 10 years) -
D. 2010 – Fourth Edition – 144K mew Americans joined 87 million (massive 30 million increase in the last 4 years) - $132 Billion Network Marketing Industry
E. Amazon now shows a 2015 Edition - Same Title

**** From $13 Billion in 1992 to $132 Billion in 2010 Network Marketing Industry
**** From 1992 to 2010 more than 82 M. In 2015illion new people joined NM. 
***** In USA alone, now estimated that over 15,800.00 distributors now participate full-time or part-time.

F. “Future Choice” says that Network Marketing still fits today’s Hot Trends – since and like in 1992
G. “Future Choice” keeps reminding its readers how they too can move from Economic Security to Economic Prosperity.

REGARDING SFI:
1. Only the SFI Admin, can say when SFI went into Momentum, when SFI revenues were doubling or tripling in 6 to 12 months 
A. My own personal guess is that the First Momentum Phase has already happened, probably in its first three years
B. Like any Good/Great Stock that have episodes of Price Spikes, SF can have more than one Momentum Phase

2. How about “Explosion Phase” in SFI?
A. Most good NM companies that hae attained Growth Explosion are 30 to 59 years old. (Amway is one of them; it is now 59 years old/
B. Those good ones have annual revenues of Billions of Dollars

REGARDING YOUR/OUR SFI BUSINESS – MOMENTUM PHASE:
1. It was a blast for me to experience doubling and even tripling of my SFI income, in 3 to 6-month’s time period in the second year of the first 3 years of SF existence.
For transparency, I must state that my current SFI income is below those peak times.
2. Those of you who attained DTL status, about 2 years ago and have maintained PTL status should had experienced their First Momentum Phase
3. Those of you who are not PTL now but had experienced rapid growth in active team mates may have already experienced their First and/or Second Momentum Phase

FOR NEWBIES/RELATIVE NEWBIES/ACTIVE-INACTIVE BUT WITH LOW FLOUNDERING REVENUE:
1. We all need to remember that not EVERYBODY who join SFI are actively pursuing Additional Income or Replacement/Financial Security Income. Many join to expand their list of friends and to come enjoy games/contests/shopping and be seen or just getting recognized with their talents/skills at the Forum
2. We all need to remember that HUGE majority have poor or zero business skills\. Most of this group have “Employee” mentality – meaning they expect to get paid quickly on any time spent in SFI
3. We all need to remember that NM Industry average of active people who treats SFI as a business long-term (and may not make a profit for 6 months or more) is only 3%. Expecting 10% or more is NOT realistic. 
4. Consider the Forum as your Main Sponsor because it is available to you and your organization, 24/7. Then the “”Inactive Sponsor Excuse “ is gone
5. Become a Leader yourself, asap, for your group to have someone to follow/emulate. Your goal setting, recruiting, organizational skills, Coop formations/activities must be transparent to your team mates, to get DUPLICATION.
6. MOST IMPORTANTLY, set the Speed Pace for your team mates to model
7. MOST IMPORTANT TOOL FOR YOU TO USE: SFI Coop Manager:

B. Allow Me To Share Again My Deep Beliefs About Coops for Our SFI Business (My Main Reason In Creating My Four Gs Success Formula):
1. After 4 decades of active participation in this Industry, I am 100% sure that learning. applying (organizing) and teaching Coops is the easiest thing to DUPLICATE for SFI
2. I have been following the Top Teachers And Top Earners in Network Marketing for almost 4 decades. Only Gery Carson has promoted his Coops – in a Large Manner of Organizing Coops - to build his successful Teams in several programs he promoted in the past 
3. No wonder why ONLY SFI has a Company SFI Coop Manager as a very valuable/indispensable Tool
8. To get Momentum Phase For Your Business, yourself, you must create DUPLICATION. Aim to have 1, then 3, then 5, then 10, then 25 to 100 active team mates organizing their Team Coops
9. For us to get our own Growth Explosion, lets shoot for 500 to 1000 Team Mates to have their own Team Coops.

***** When SFI gets its own EXPLOSIVE GROWTH, “all our SFI boats will be carried up/along by the tide”
1. Smart Start, Rewardical, Localvantia and any other New Enhancements will speed things up for this eventuality
2. When SFI announced that it has an annual revenue of a Billion Dollars, we are getting close to this Phase
3. Another clue for me to watch is when Rewardical has 10.000 happy Merchants, we should be getting close.
