At SFI we set monthly goals at the beginning of each month. And that is a very good tool to keep you on track. But really you need to set an ultimate goal for yourself. This ultimate goal becomes your mission in life.
Perhaps you want to work this business full time and quit your job. Perhaps you want to set your ultimate goal to be making XX amount of money annually. Whatever your ultimate goal is, write it down. Start working towards that ultimate goal and use your daily, weekly, monthly goals as tracking tools to reach that ultimate goal. This is YOUR MISSION.

How can we build a strong foundation for reaching our Ultimate GOAL in SFI.
Here are the two minimum GOAL's that will help us build a strong foundation for reaching our Ultimate GOAL in SFI.
GOAL 1 - Become a Bronze Team Leader. This will make you eligible to receive matching VP from your Team (Gen 1 to Gen 6 ) which will be equivalent to your share in the TripleClicks Executive Pool (TCEP).
TripleClicks Executive pool (TCEP) is the total CV (Commission Volume) from all sales at TripleClicks.
40% of this total CV amount becomes the TripleClicks Executive Pool.
Glossary definition: Executive Pool
A potentially lucrative, monthly income stream available to all SFI affiliates. SFI puts 40% of the CV of EVERY purchase—companywide—into the Executive Pool. For each VersaPoint (VP) you accumulate during the month, you receive one share of the month's pool. The more VP you score, the more you can earn from the Executive Pool. This is based on the 3000 VP required to reach or maintain the BTL status.

Gen 3 - 125 BTL matching VP 375,000

Setting a GOAL is easy but having the determination and the positive attitude in reaching it is the real challenge. The real challenge is in finding those five active PSA's who will duplicate what we are doing and who will see the "BIG PICTURE" in SFI. If we really want to achieve something, we must do our best and work hard in reaching our GOAL.
Another challenge is the money that we need to achieve our GOAL, remember that what we are doing is a business and all business need a capital. Think of a business that you can start and run with less than $50 a month, and be behaving 5 active PSA's who will duplicate what you are doing will make your business expenses FREE. HOW? If you are buying (Auto order) a 125 TCredits pack to reach your BTL status, you will spend $36.25 every month. If your 5 PSA's are also doing the same, for every 125 TCredits pack they buy you will get a $7.94 direct commission. This means that every month you will get a total of (5x$7.94) $39.70 direct commission which will be enough to cover the cost of your own purchase of 125 TCredits pack.
How can we help SFI generate sales by doing this? Building an active Team and teaching them how to earn money is like creating a customer base who are capable of buying items from our online stores and from SFI ECA's. If we succeeded in building an active Team ( Gen 1 to Gen 6 + YOU ) , SFI will have 19531 potential customers who will have the money to spend in buying items from TC and ECA's. By just using the 125 TCredits pack in reaching BTL status will give SFI a ( 19531x$36.25 ) $707,998.75 monthly sales with (19531x$7.94) $155,076.14 monthly direct commission for the Affiliates and 58,590,000 shares in TCEP.
