How can I manage my own SFI business?



I wish to ask our team builders some questions about how do they manage their own SFI businesses.
For example A husband and wife team - how do you split the work up among yourselves? 

And this would mean that your business may have multiple logins at the same time from different devices, perhaps from the same address but it could be different addresses, towns or even countries (if one is traveling).

What if I wished to employ someone to work in my SFI business? That would allow me to do MUCH more than I am doing now so it could be very good or I might just be too busy on other matters and need to do this or lose my rankings etc in SFI?

How should I reward that portion? A wage? A proportion of the commissions? Or a proportion of what they earn for me?

And is it possible/allowed for my business to have open at the same time multiple windows - each on a different device and maybe even in different towns or countries?

So are there any limitations on how I can manage my own SFI business?

Please note that I am asking what other team builders who have experience in this do and also SFI management. 

And I confirm that anyone working for me in my SFI business would be under my control. They would be a legitimate person who I have authorized to do certain things for me. There is no scam or anything underhand going on here.

I don't think this is a one size fits all kind of thing. I think it may have more to do with YOU than almost anything else. And I don't think anyone will get it exactly right the first time or the second or... what I'm saying is that you'll always be tweaking and fine-tuning YOUR method as you go along and as your business grows.
It's just me here and my MOST productive thing is sticking to a routine EVERY DAY! I was always told that once you do something for 21 days (good or bad) it becomes a HABIT so I am ALWAYS looking for the stupid things I'm doing so I can stop them, and the good things I'm doing so I can share them. I start EVERY DAY early and the first thing I do is Turn Tabs, then I respond to questions and chat messages. Then I'm off placing ads and earning credits to run those ads at traffic exchanges.
If you and your significant other are partners I would suggest you split responsibilities, someone turns tabs the other response to message BUT be sure to switch OFTEN so you both LEARN all aspects of the business.
IF you can afford to hire someone that's great BUT do not rely on them so much that you aren't keeping up with what they are doing AND the changes being made at SFI. I'd hate to get in a situation where someone you paid for a year decided at 6 months that they could do this and you were paying them to build THEIR business. I would STRONGLY recommend that you set them up with their own SFI business under you if they are working out. And be generous in helping them grown their business. If you do presentations about SFI teach them how then let them do a few and split PSAs with them! Be loyal to them and make them feel appreciated and you will not only have an employee but you'll have a loyal friend who will tell people about you and your business!

Firstly, I think if we look at the Affiliate Agreement it's a framework SFI provides for on how to run or conduct our business.

Secondly, if you hired yourself to fire your boss you can't try and control people
Being a true leader should be our focus, lead does not control you set an example for others to follow and it depends on them if it appeals to them or not.
It's difficult at times to lead because sometimes it takes a long time for others to follow, but when there is trust they shall follow your example.

Before Mr. Gery will response to your thread, let me explains the way I understand it.

In case of husband and wife team - how do you split the work up among themselves I think doing daily task actually depends on them,(Both) might decide to login into their own with different devices and split the tasks among themselves, it must be the same address that both use to signup with SFI, It may be the same town or even countries (if one is travelling) provided that both of them are doing their business.

I don't it will be advisable to employing someone to work in your SFI business, And I don't think that person will get it right exactly how you want to get it done. I'm saying because you always know how you can tuning your business method as you go along and in order to build your business to grows. but you can recruit such person to be under you by showing and guiding such person through the business.

We should revisit and re-read the Affiliate Agreement because there are some changes if I'm not mistaken. And your concerns is already clearly stated there. 

35. Affiliate understands that if he/she fails to log in to the Affiliate Center within a 45-day period, Affiliate will automatically have his/her payment option set to "Accumulate my commissions." Affiliate must access the Edit Commission Payment Info page and change this setting back to the preferred option. Note that logging into any SFI account other than your own is strictly prohibited.

Even if your concerns Mr. Gilbert, will be granted, or these things are allowed for example. I think, i'ts, not a good idea to trust other people, even your friends or relatives, to sometimes run your SFI business. Because there is no assurance that they can do or act. just the way you want it. And that is really complicated, I think. Because we have an Affiliate Agreement that we need to reconsider. 

Don't put your precious SFI business in danger or in complicated situation, if you don't want to regret it in the future. Just my opinion, Mr. Gilbert. So what if you can't afford to logging in daily or weekly. What's the use of Auto Delivery (AD). At least, you and your SFI business are safe, and you have no anything to worry about. Another thing, what if one day the person you want to pay to managed your business will plan to kick you out,or destroy your SFI business, because of some misunderstanding. You'll never know, misunderstanding is always happen,(especially with money concerns) and sometimes, we have no power to control or avoiding it.

The complicated situation of scams in the internet has made SFi ensure 
most often that only you have access to your login SFI ID & possibly e-mail..

But if the people you will employ to help carry out your business on your 
behalf will also have the opportunity to your ID and all of them,..
then, I think it will be very dangerous to trust such people's commitment.
considering the Adamic nature of human being generally.

But if you believe in your wife & she too believes in you, i see any reasons
why too of you cannot run your business successfully with the same ID & e-mail
in as much as your business partnership was earlier approve by the management..

If you are wanting to hire someone I suggest to just have them do you
advertising.
Supply them with your links and ad copies and pay by job or hour. check in with micro jobs.
there are lots of people that will do this kind of work and you don't have to worry about violating any
of the rules.. Just make sure they are not spamming..

SFI Affiliates Agreement No. 44 states : 
"Logging into any SFI account other than your own is strictly prohibited." 
So, my understanding will be that besides joint-account owners of an SFI account any other persons login into such account will be considered illegal by this singular SFI rule. 
Getting or employing others(non-joint-account holder) to work at advertising for team building, sales, Tripleclicks games, by means other than through your SFI account I believe may be alright. 

what is transfer buying ? is it helpful for Any Affiliates in any country?

In addition, encourage them to promote transfer buying to their downline in order to earn commission from their purchases and in case of their personal referred members (PRM), your team members can benefit in 2 ways; receiving the VP and the commission. 

Finally, let them know that from the above benefits, transfer buying is a win-win situation for them without incurring any expenses more than what they normally spend in their former place of purchase before they transfer to TC. 

The Importance of Transfer Buying

As one of our affiliates, you and SFI are partners. Therefore, you need to think of SFI products as YOUR products. And you need to think of TripleClicks.com as YOUR store.
Because it is your store, when you buy products and services for yourself or others (e.g. gifts), you always need to shop your own store (TripleClicks) first.
If you owned a bakery, you wouldn't be buying cinnamon rolls from the bakery down the street. If you owned an office supplies store, you wouldn't drive to a competitor's store to buy a stapler or paperclips.
It's the exact same thing as an SFI affiliate, especially when it comes to products you're ALREADY buying. Localvantia is a different topic to my mind. Contact merchants in your nearby area, ask them whether they are interested in online sales, induct them after registration. Third issue you are mentioning about is regarding earning 1500 V.Pts. If you feel you are really in business that does give you good income reasonably, don't you invest? With your regular logging in with Affiliate Center etc., you will score utmost 360 V.Pts. There is no 'Free Lunch' as you are aware. Because it is business because it gives you reasonably good income--provided you stick on to it & work continuously with commitment--it needs some investment!

As I understand it's of utmost importance to earn minimum 1500 VPs every month. And it's not possible to earn 1500 VP every month by attending alerts tabs & playing EZ games, participating contests etc. The main source of income is commission earned from sales of goods of online stores. Therefore we must concentrate on selling goods /TC through our family, friends, PRM, PSA, CSA team. For continuous steady income, we need to have continuous sales /orders through our team. 
Its suggested that we/our team/friends/PSA/PRM can purchase their day to day or monthly consumables from the local stores, localvantia affiliated with Triple clicks and earn the commission. This is also called transfer buying. We Indians purchase many goods from Amazon, Flipkart and such online companies. Whenever Triple Clicks starts its business as it is doing in US and Canada it will be a boon to the Indian members of SFI/Triple Clicks. 
So far in India Localvantia is in the primary /developing stage or yet to be started. Under the circumstances here in India it becomes necessary to purchase TC credits or go for opti-build to earn required VP & retain rank (EA, BTL, STL etc). I would like to know is there any other way out?

A. Goal setting must be done by writing down what you want to accomplish for your SFI business PLUS creating a written PLAN to reach your written goals.

B. Creating the Written Plan is the most difficult thing to do but SFI has done it for us. So the most common cause of failure of Written Goals has been eliminated for us by SFI

C. This SFI “THE PLAN” narrows the gap between the end result we want to attain and where we are now, with this clear plan.

D. Using Goal setting with your SFI business and achieving success will give you greater success with the setting and achieving personal goals too.

E. Business Goal is typically written on an annual basis. Throughout the year for our SFI business, we need to have weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews to track our progress towards our annual goals.

F. Daily Reviews are best for us to use. We are being trained by SFI to do our DAILY To-Do-List. Setting aside about 10 minutes daily before going to bed at the end of each day, we should review what we have accomplished for the day. Then we need to make a short list on what to prioritize for the next day, to get us on track with the weekly and longer-term goals. 

G. To helps us accomplish our Written Goals, let’s adopt the “SMART” acronym
• Specific :
    For example, I want to become an Executive Affiliate before the end of this month.
• Measurable:
    Becoming BTL" or "recruiting/buying 20 PSAs" are measurable goals "reading more" or 
   "playing more games/auctions" are not really measurable. 
• Attainable:
   Your goal should be exciting but attainable. If you are a newbie, trying to be In the Top 3 SFI 
   recruiters for the month, is a pipe dream.
• Relevant: 
   Your short-term goals should be directly aligned with your long-term plans. 
• Time-Related:
    Attaining the DTL status is the long-term goal, in 5 to 10 years - or sooner. 
    Reaching and keeping the EA, BTl, STL, GTL and PTL levels need a specific time frame too
