Today my wife and I celebrate 51 years of marriage.
Marriage is a journey of commitment, just like a business.
As for myself, I cherish my marriage as the most valuable thing in the universe; it created my family, and that's the most important cell in whole mankind, no matter what percentage of people is capable to understand that. Without the family and household - mankind is just a hollow group of frustrated individuals and no one from any world cannot help them... So, every man should do all, whatever it takes to rise and protect his family as long as he lives!
Then comes what we all do for the living and we surely can make comparisons and see the similarities!I really want to hear what similarities that YOU see between business and marriage.
*Both are "everyday" life.
*Both have good days and bad days.
*Both require outside consultation at times.
*Both have short-term and long-term goals.
*Both require communication with our partner(s)
*Both require budget management
Relationships and business have a whole lot more in common than most people accredit. If entrepreneurs would look at their situations logically, they would realize that if any people have the skillset to make a relationship work, it’s them.

No success without work and willingness to stick it out, need for commitment in both personal and business lives.
Indeed, running a business takes time and effort.
You need to handle business and partnership carefully, as those are the pillars to your success.
I have some PSA's that are active and have really been doing a lot of work to show me how serious they are about SFI so I decided that I would start issuing them gift certificates to use on the site. It is a win-win if they use it then great but if not that gift certificate amount comes right back to me so this is definitely a win-win for everyone involved. I feel that by investing in my team I am helping my team grow and I am showing my team that I am serious about helping them succeed. You have to build up a level of trust with your PSA's. You cannot expect them to sign up and be active immediately some are but most are not. They need guidance and coaching to advance in SFI. I am going to be giving out the Gift Certificates and I really hope it helps motivate them and they can truly see the potential that SFI has in the long term. I feel that by investing in my team I am investing in my own future. You really go get out of SFI what you put into it.
Giving support to your downline team members is always good, no matter in which way you are doing this. This can through Gift Certificate or directly with TCredits, anyway, it's up to your team member how they are using your gift to move forwards.
Important is that your team members know SFI business and that they need to take care of it, as it's even their own business. They also need to put an effort in it.
Giving a Gift certificate to your PSAs is really a win and win games because if the gift certificate used by them, you will earn 45% CV for any purchase made by them and If the Gift Certificate is not being used, It will definitely return back to your account.
Sfi like any other business needs investment, the bigger the investment the bigger the profit margin, just like a small fire gives little heat as compared to a bigger fire. Keep on motivating them for a chance to win big.
I agree helping & producing many leaders in your downline team is a great & commendable achievement because you also share in what benefits accrue to them....So, if you have
the capacity, go ahead and be the Leader of your SFi dreams..
I believe the PSAs should be guided to see the business as their business
but sometimes like you have reasoned, they may need some help
in form of GC or TCredits to stand firm on the feet while they can also
afford to help others downline of the team...
I believe also, that this is one of the reasons while SFI has put up the Sponsors
and Co-Sponsors program...and this is projecting SFi daily as the best online business..Motivating your down lines is the sure way of building a great team in SFI and by so doing you are as well building a great future in this enterprise .
Anything an affiliate does to build his/her team is welcomed and this we must all know and be seen to be doing.
