PART 3. GAIN MOMENTUM :
How To Gain Momentum In Your Own SFI Team - That PTLs Are Now Experiencing
How To Gain Momentum In Your Own SFI Team
BY BING OBALDO
In SFI, all serious affiliates with persistent efforts and enough time of dedicated work will experience this wonderful event of gaining Momentum in the growth of their Team
Creating momentum, in the beginning, is difficult in our SFI business. It may take months or years of persisting recruiting before we have enough active and persistent teammates before momentum develops. When it does, it will be hard to stop. We must expect that most will give up specially those who expect fast results.
We must realize that most who join our SFI Team have little or zero experience as business people and have “Employee” mentality, thus expecting some payment or profit from any effort, soon after giving something to their SFI business.
We must steadily apply what we learn to recruit while buying signups, to make sure that our Team is able to replace those who quit while adding more new team members.
Only by pressing forward consistently, will our Team grow? No letting up in our efforts - to get momentum with several hundreds or thousands of team mates who are duplicating.
Several hundreds of team mates doing a little is much better than you or just a few team mates doing a lot. As your volume of sales grow, your check amount will also grow.
As an example, to add 100 new signups to our Team every month, we likely need to have at least 1000 members of our Team. We can add more if we have Superstar recruiters in our Team OR we organize Team coops, who buy Signups with bulk purchases.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT SFI - I LIKE TO SHARE WITH YOU, FROM MY FOUR DECADES OF DOING NETWORK MARKETING:
1. Not one established company aside from SFI offers Signups to buy to its Affiliatess.
2. Most Leaders in Network Marketing Companies to be able to recruit cost-efficiently must learn and apply well: Funnel Pages, autoresponders, Hosting, Advertising using Paid/Free Traffic, Social Media especially Facebook, Pay-Per-Click, Pay-Per-View, Retargeting, The 6 Pillars - Foundation of Online Marketing Business, The Three Phases Of Growth In Your Online Business, Scaling Up using Big TV Networks/Publications, ec...
3. Much easier for us to learn and apply the use of our SFI Coop Manager and buying Signups from SFI and/or other ECA Sellers.
4. Then we get Duplication from other active team mates by including them in our Team Coops, like “Show and Tell” – so they can learn how to organize their own Team Coops
SUMMARY: To Gain Momentum in our own SFI Business, we must keep moving forward, by persistently buying signups and organizing Coops (much easier than learning to recruit on our own), To get Duplication, we must include our Active team mates to participate in our Team Coops, letting them know that you expect them to learn how to organize their own Coops in a month or two.
Let me say again that in my four decades of doing Network Marketing, the easiest way to produce Duplication is to learn, apply and teach Coop Organizing.
How true it is that things don't happen easily and takes time. It sounds easy when we think we only need 5 active PSAs when you are buying/recruiting hundreds of them. In reality, it is very hard and we, human as we are, tend to get discouraged. This is where we need money and hard work. But probably even more than these we need patience, commitment and working smart, including learning from the experiences of others who have done it before us.
1. Current Topic is Gaining Momentum. My experience tell me that organizing Coops consistently and teaching it to team mates is the easiest thing to Duplicate which result in Momentum when enough team mates duplicate.
2. SFI, as I mentioned, has offered Signups to buy since it started mainly because Gery Carson is the King of Coops since the 1980's. I agree with Gery that most Affiliates/Distributors are not able to recruit on their own which is the number one reason more than 90% quit. - which is true in almost ALL NM programs.
The whole game plan is just about having a good working team, promotion and selling. If you are not good at this or you cannot do these steps then this system is not for you...

With all due, great Respect I question the concepts of "Momentum", "Duplication", connected with a net-value of extensive "Coop Management".
Perhaps, answers will be provided in "Part 4", 'Part 5', or the Forum.
I understand the high-value concepts of Residual (ongoing )and Leverage ('exponential'). Is "Momentum" in this arena, and closely related to a Residual effect?
I think we can efficiently invest in (buy from) a professionally run ECAs Coop (Guaranteed, non-incentivized PSAs, sometimes under $1 each). Then Leading by example -- inspire Duplication by our Team.
There appear to be great relative dangers in Team Coops -- being run by inept, inexperienced 'managers' (like me) -- when well established. professionally managed Coops provide "guaranteed" results at relatively low cost.

Glad to read your input about the Topic:
1. Am curious what you mean with, "well established. professionally managed Coops provide "guaranteed" results at relatively low cost." . Mention the provider of these Coops so I can include the information in the next part of y 4 part series, as well as my coming PDF version of the entire series - that I will release for Free in my SFI Training Websites
2. We are all trying to get our Teammates learn and apply something easy to duplicate. The simpler that System/method is, the more successful we get in obtaining duplication
3. Our individual SFI Coop Manager has been refined by Gery Carson over a period of almost 20 years. The simple instructions to View, Start and Edit are so easy for us to do. All the other possible scenarios and Topics are covered in the FAQs.
4. Plus this Informative and Inspirational Special Message from, "SFI President, Gery Carson: The SFI Co-op Manager & The Magic Of Co-opinghttps://www.sfimg.com/Support/Solution?catid=26444&id=232888

About one out of 10 posted responses to this thread, expressed their own personal opinions in creating their own "Gain Momentum" aspect of their SFI Success Strategy. I. I consider their posted personal opinions as helpful to me in creating a single PDF document that will have the FINAL FIRST EDITION of My Success Formula, that I will publish at my "Main Training Website For SFI" (today, I now have 7 SFI Websites and Blogs).
To summarize what I understand - paraphrasing - from their somewhat "contradictory" opinions:
A. One Leader says: Mirjana
1.. I should not be mentioning Coops here at the Forum because I may convince some newbies that Coops are mandatory
(Coops are optional for those who want to languish in their SFI business. Even for those very rare newbies who are quickly able to recruit on their own must help more than 90% who can never recruit well enough - by forming their own Coops to help the huge majority of those who can't. Organizing Coops will help us Leaders to talk to our downline, in searching for those who can budget $5 to as low as $1, to advertise their SFI business so they 1 or more PSAs per month)
2. Am sorry that I gave her the impression that my "Four G's Of SFI Success Formula" may be interpreted as originating from SFI. So my Final Version Title will be, "My Four G's Of Success Formula For SFI"
3. She uses Adwords herself she said. She may teach successfully using Adwords to her active leaders, but with time, thousands of SFI people and other NM programs using Adword will increase the winning Bid Prices. unless the huge majority of the Leaders form/offer Coops.
4. WE LOVE THIS ONE: Murjana said: "she loves and honor me". Our feelings are mutual.
B. Stephen D is another Team Leader *STL) who is an active Forum poster, says these helpful things to me:
1. He himself feels inadequate to organize Coops and he suggested that most affiliates just need to use ""well established. professionally managed Coops who provide "guaranteed" results at relatively low cost.".
A. Stephen meant that Affiliates just need to individually go to PSA Sellers at the SFI clearlyMarketplace
a. Our individual SFI Coop Manager clearly and concisely describe: "View", "Start" and "Edit" - which EVERYONE can easily do. The FAQs completely addresses all possible scenarios and "how to's"
b. Two or more Coop participants, say at $5 monthly budget each, or more with VARIABLE contribution amounts [b]can buy more volume and thus cheaper per signup. Easy to split/distribute total monthly signups, according to variable amounts contributed by the participants.
B. Stephen states that "one pattern does not fit all" - meaning that Coops is not for everyone because a few will be good in Free Advertising, (as well Social Media, PPC/PPV - as passing out flyers/business cards/postcards/Gift Card, etc):
1. For emphasis, let me repeat the following:
A. Gery Carson has been considered a BIG NM/MLM Industry Giant, since the 1980's because he easily dominated almost every company he joined because Gery has been the Undisputed King Of Coops
B. Very soon after SFI was launched in November 1998, SFI Coops was introduced>
C. Am not aware of any established NM/MLM company that offers Coop
D. Very few NM/MLM leaders, outside of SFI, offer any Team Coop
E. I am 100% sure that no other NM/MLM program has anything that come close to our SFI Coop Manager. WHAT A TOOL ONLY SFI HAS!
3. I am also 100% sure that NOTHING is easier to use for ANY ACTIVE SFI AFFILIATE, to get DUPLICATION and thus soon "Gain Momentum" and later "Growth Explosion" - VERSUS learning. applying and teaching Organizing Coops
