PART 4. GROWTH EXPLOSION
Easiest Way To Eventually Create This For Your Own Team Is To Have Several Team Leaders Organizing Their Own SFI Coops And Getting Massive Duplication
Formula For Growth Explosion In Your Own SFI Team
BY BING OBALDO Because of the arrival of the Internet, our Network Marketing, MLM, or Direct Selling, our Industry has been “exploding” in growth.
The book series, “Future Choice” (Amazon; Author is MLM Teacher Michael Clouse) has published these data:
A. 1992 - First Edition – half a million Americans joined 5 million Network Marketers worldwide - $13 Billion Industry (Title Of Book: “Why Network Marketing May Be Your Best Career Move”). Impressive Book Title for the first book about Network Marketing to reach bookstores, published in 1993.
B. 1996 – Second Edition – 7.8 million Americans joined other Network Marketers worldwide – now totaling 25 million (20 million increase in 4 years)
C. 2006 – Third Edition – 175K new American participants joined 57 million (32 million increase in 10 years) -
D. 2010 – Fourth Edition – 144K mew Americans joined 87 million (massive 30 million increase in the last 4 years) - $132 Billion Network Marketing Industry
E. Amazon now shows a 2015 Edition - Same Title
From $13 Billion in 1992 to $132 Billion in 2010 Network Marketing Industry
From 1992 to 2010 more than 82 M. In 2015illion new people joined NM.
In USA alone, now estimated that over 15,800.00 distributors now participate full-time or part-time.
F. “Future Choice,” says that Network Marketing still fits today’s Hot Trends – since and like in 1992
G. “Future Choice” keeps reminding its readers how they too can move from Economic Security to Economic Prosperity.
REGARDING SFI:
1. Only the SFI Admin, can say when SFI went into Momentum when SFI revenues were doubling or tripling in 6 to 12 months
A. My own personal guess is that the First Momentum Phase has already happened, probably in its first three years
B. Like any Good/Great Stock that have episodes of Price Spikes, SF can have more than one Momentum Phase
2. How about “Explosion Phase” in SFI?
A. Most good NM companies that hae attained Growth Explosion are 30 to 59 years old. (Amway is one of them; it is now 59 years old/
B. Those good ones have annual revenues of Billions of Dollars
REGARDING YOUR/OUR SFI BUSINESS – MOMENTUM PHASE:
1. It was a blast for me to experience doubling and even tripling of my SFI income, in 3 to 6-month’s time period in the second year of the first 3 years of SF existence.
For transparency, I must state that my current SFI income is below those peak times.
2. Those of you who attained DTL status, about 2 years ago and have maintained PTL status should had experienced their First Momentum Phase
3. Those of you who are not PTL now but had experienced rapid growth in active tteammatesmay have already experienced their First and/or Second Momentum Phase
FOR NEWBIES/RELATIVE NEWBIES/ACTIVE-INACTIVE BUT WITH LOW FLOUNDERING REVENUE:
1. We all need to remember that not EVERYBODY who join SFI are actively pursuing Additional Income or Replacement/Financial Security Income. Many join to expand their list of friends and to come enjoy games/contests/shopping and be seen or just getting recognized with their talents/skills at the Forum
2. We all need to remember that HUGE majority have poor or zero business skills\. Most of this group have “Employee” mentality – meaning they expect to get paid quickly on any time spent in SFI
3. We all need to remember that NM Industry average of active people who treats SFI as a business long-term (and may not make a profit for 6 months or more) is only 3%. Expecting 10% or more is NOT realistic.
4. Consider the Forum as your Main Sponsor because it is available to you and your organization, 24/7. Then the “”Inactive Sponsor Excuse “ is gone
5. Become a Leader yourself, asap, for your group to have someone to follow/emulate. Your goal setting, recruiting, organizational skills, Coop formations/activities must be transparent to your team mates, to get DUPLICATION.
6. MOST IMPORTANTLY, set the Speed Pace for your team mates to model
7. MOST IMPORTANT TOOL FOR YOU TO USE: SFI Coop Manager:
A. Extremely Easy To Learn, Apply And Teach To Your Team: www.sfimg.com/PowerTools/TLCoop
B. Allow Me To Share Again My Deep Beliefs About Coops for Our SFI Business (My Main Reason In Creating My Four Gs Success Formula):
1. After 4 decades of active participation in this Industry, I am 100% sure that learning. applying (organizing) and teaching Coops is the easiest thing to DUPLICATE for SFI
2. I have been following the Top Teachers And Top Earners in Network Marketing for almost 4 decades. Only Gery Carson has promoted his Coops – in a Large Manner of Organizing Coops - to build his successful Teams in several programs he promoted in the past
3. No wonder why ONLY SFI has a Company SFI Coop Manager as a very valuable/indispensable Tool
8. To get Momentum Phase For Your Business, yourself, you must create DUPLICATION. Aim to have 1, then 3, then 5, then 10, then 25 to 100 active team mates organizing their Team Coops
9. For us to get our own Growth Explosion, lets shoot for 500 to 1000 Team Mates to have their own Team Coops.
When SFI gets its own EXPLOSIVE GROWTH, “all our SFI boats will be carried up/along by the tide”
1. Smart Start, Rewardical, Localvantia and any other New Enhancements will speed things up for this eventuality
2. When SFI announced that it has an annual revenue of a Billion Dollars, we are getting close to this Phase
3. Another clue for me to watch is when Rewardical has 10.000 happy Merchants, we should be getting close.
Please remember that all the ideas I expressed in my Four Part Series are my own opinions, with no input directly to me from SF
Please post your own ideas/proposals for SFI here in this thread,
Your ideas and posts addressed to me will help me create the First Edition of “My Four G’s Of Success Formula For SFI” – which I will share (FREE) for all SFI Affiliates at my SFI Main Training Website.

Hello Bing.
First I do not wish the Forum Moderators to misinterpret my question as being "negative" towards SFI or towards you.
Also, I am a Fourth Generation (to you) STL and I, too, have had a Team Co-op for some time and use it as a reward for Team Leaders.
However, there is a quote which is as follows:
"Easiest Way To Eventually Create This For Your Own Team Is To Have Several Team Leaders Organizing Their Own SFI Coops And Getting Massive Duplication"
My question is: I see that you are a 100% member of Opti-Build. When I was in Opti-Build (I have opted out!) my co-op clashed with Opt-Build and through various Forum questions and answers found that the two are incompatible!
How can you justify telling other affiliates to set up Team co-ops when the SFI Opti-Build system is attempting to accomplish the same thing through a system-wide algorithm?
Please do not misunderstand. I agree with you! But how does your very extensive and excellent post coordinate with SFI policy?
And if there has been a change to the Opti-Build system, and how it works in coordination with private Team Co-ops, an announcement from SFI would be super.
I wish to send your posts to my Team but do not wish to appear in conflict with any SFI system.
A Team Leader Just Emailed Me To Ask Me A Very IMPORTANT Question:
1. He was hesitant to ask me his question here because he thinks my opinions are contradictory to the Opt-Build Official Policy.
2. So, if anyone has any question about any Part of "My Four G's Success Formula For SFI", allow me and others to see active Discussions.
3. I love to see opinions from others -- EVERYONE -- so I can address them ALL in my comin FREE E-Book about this SUBJECT of Coops, which I know is UNDERPUBLICIZED. There is no Book, e-Book nor good-size Article about it.
Gery Carson is the ONLY ONE who can do it, in my opinion, but he is to busy running SFI.
At the beginning of Part 1 and now this Part 4, I encouraged everyone to express their opinions:
Please post your own ideas/proposals for SFI here in this thread,
Your ideas and posts addressed to me will help me create the First Edition of “My Four G’s Of Success Formula
Here is a link to a Forum Post I made about six months ago ("Liked" by Gery I might add!) which addresses my position.

SFI Coop Manager and Opti-Build are 2 separate complimentary Tools.
1. Thanks for expressing your opinions and sharing the Opto-Build thread of 6 months ago. Kindly check again but I do see Gery's endorsement of your post. Did you receive an email from Gery telling you of his endorsement of your post? If Gery likes a post, I believe his name will always be mentioned as one of the visible "endorsers"
2. I understand what you were saying 6 months ago, in that older thread, was that you opted out of Opti-Build because you believed OB clashed with the SFI Coop Manager:

Hello, Holly and Other Leaders Working On Improving Their SFI Team Production!
1. Allow me to express my personal views about the real meaning of SFI Coops:
A. Co-operative Advertising organized by someone who has skills/experience in creating a group of people in his team , but may also include upline - who collects cash contributions from participants and will distribute the recruited signups using his/her Coop Manager. Leader has proven advertising skills with proven track record of recruiting success and at a cost that can compete with the current ECA Signup Sellers.
B. Since it is rare to find these kind of Coop Leaders who can do their own recruiting cost-efficiently, we are usually talking about any SFI Affiliate who can become the Coop Leader who buys the recruits in bigger numbers from Signup Sellers, More expensive for the affiliates who buy alone.
C. As the Coop organizer, you do the bulk of the work which means your sweat and time can be your own contribution. But since you get extra income from everybody's sign ups in your team , who become active, it is best for you to also put cash of your own.
D. Remember: almost everyone in your Team can budget as small as $5 per month for Coop expense and will likely get 5 Signups per month by buying bulk, from the current ECA Signup sellers. This means that individual Coop participants can join at $5 fo $100, or more, per month - in one Coop you organize.
2. Opti-Build in my opinion is a great optional choice for every active Affiliate:
A. You can chose, ZERO participation = you stay with the existing SFI compensation Plan but you can still benefit with a more solid foundation in your organizational, if you have a good number of Team Leaders who are n Opti-Build
B. 50% participation in Opti-Build = half of your Signups stay in your first level until you re-assign them; half goes a Spiollovers
C. 100% participation = best to use in my opinion immediately after you have 5 solid active Team Leaders in your first level as your Designated Diamonds. (Before the official launch of Opti-Build in April 1, 2017 I picked my Top 5 Team Leaders and re-assigned my other first level PSAs to my personally chosen DDs. I let SFI to do the automatic re-assignment of all my new PSA, as Spillovers
Opti-Build is a Unique And Special Addition to the SFI Compensation Plan By:
a. Automatically helping you build a solid stronger foundation of one, then 2. then 3 and then 5 or more strong Legs. similar to a 5 X 12 Matrix Pay Plan - BUT INCLUDING ONLY THE ACTIVE PARTICIPANTS
b. Even if you are 100% Opti-Build participant, you can always add more PSAs in you first level (maximum of 3 per month, by using Tracking C.ode "9999". after your ID)
c. Don't you love to have 6 or more SOLID LEGS OF ACTIVE PARTICIPANTS, like a 6 X 12 Matix or 8 X 12 Matrix Pay Plan?
MAKE SURE IF I CLARIFIED THIS ISSUE FOR YOU. They are 2 separate complimentary Tools.
If I understood your query properly you are trying to say that Coop Manager tool & Opti-Build program are mutually contradictory or non-compatible with each other. Am I right?
Here is how I see the picture: Coop Manager organizes the coop and distributes the PSAs got, to the different constituents or members. Whereas Opti-Build suggests when you are part of the O.B you need to be ready to share/send 50% to 100% of your members in to the Teams being organized as per the 'Plan/ suggested by SFI.
If the Coop Manager builds up the membership (through the procedure followed by the T.M) & shares it among its coop members; Optibuild asks the member constituents of the Coop- tool to share them with the Teams build as per a set plan/pattern. Whereas the first one builds up the membership among the members of Coop-Tool Manager; the second one seeks their participation either 50-50% basis or 100% basis. Also, the participation in the Opti-Build program is stated explicitly as OPTIONAL!
I do not see as such any contradiction in both these tools--at least as I see both of them-- with my limited knowledge. I stand to correction, in case I am digressing the stated path of both these Tools! Thanks for giving time to go through my impressions!!
Dear Bing! I once again express my thanks/gratitude to you Sir on my behalf & on behalf of all the Forum members & SFI Family for sharing your knowledge & experience with the less experienced Affiliates/Leaders of SFI!!
1. You clearly expressed the COMPLIMENTARY TOOLS differences between the Opti-Build and Coop Manager. For emphasis, let me highlight what you just said and add a few more highlights:
A. Opti-Build is/can be OPTIONAL (ZERO, 50% or 100% participation). Those who participate must be ready to produce Spillovers themselves and not just receive them for the team to maximize Synergy
B. Coop Manager Use/Participation is MANDATORY for those who like to get their Team to DUPLICATE. In Network Marketing,. the Key To Success is Duplication. Even if one becomes a Superstar Recruiter, 97% or more of heir downline fail to recruit on their own. The Superstar Recruiter must organize his Coops to share the bounty and teach others to organize their own Coops to get DUPLICATION.
2. Upon reading again the SFI published information about Coops, and the 5 important things you should know about the Opti-Build Program , the Second Link, at the bottom, has the 5th Item Last Paragraph that is the likely Cause of Apparent Confusions, that SFI may need to further clarify -- because you, RSS and I are correct - in my opinion:
"However, if you really want to use both Team Leader Co-ops AND participate in Opti-Build, here’s the rule:
• If you’re participating in Opti-Build at the 100% level, no sign-ups you generate can go towards any Team Leader Co-ops you maintain. Opti-Build take precedence.
• If you wish to participate in Opti-Build AND operate a Team Leader Co-op, too, you’ll need to have your participation in Opti-Build set at 50%. With this setting, half of your sign-ups will flow into Opti-Build…and the other half will go towards your Team Leader Co-op(s) and use whatever placement rules you’ve set up."
Iam one of your downliner from the sixth generation. Iam proud of you my CSA sir for your outstanding contribution to SFI and to all affiliates. Thank you Sir for your valuable sharing. Your presentation on the " four G's of success formulae for SFI is a work I see to have cost you time, money and effort. Its really mind blowing and going to be very helpful to us all who are in quest to play by the SFI rules and follow the direction and guidance of you all our CSA's . Sincerely, I can't Wait to see the edition out. I and my team here in Lagos will be very happy to share from it. Thank you Sir!
