For me this has been a really fun experience from the first day I joined, from day 1 my sponsor made it clear that this is not a get rich quick scheme this is the business that you are building but we will supply you with the tools, and this has been true from the start in my firsts month I made EA since then every month I have made BTL. I started earning in my first month, not big commissions but I did earn.
So with all my new PSA's that join I try and teach them the same thing I was thought by the sponsor and my upline,

Now every new store owner knows that it will take a few month maybe even a year before you show any profit and you will be able to start taking home a salary.
there is a proverb " your business start profiting after 1000 days from its startup.
SFI is the business which can be a start and built with few handfull money say 1 to 2 K $ as a whole you need, but need your commitment, time, dedication, persistence, hard work, reading and understanding and employing to build your business.
Now with SFI everything is taken care you start with no investment as that is not required and is you follow every lesson in the training you can get very close to being Executive Affiliate- a First Ranks toward your GOAL, without spending a sent.
The only thing really required is we advertise this wonderful opportunity to as many people as we can so we can build our team because the stronger the team the better your business will do.
With advertising, you do not even have to spend money as there is probably over a 1000 places where you can advertise for free and get good results. From my first month, I decided to invest a small amount in my SFI business by buying the thing from Trippleclicks and I focus on things that will help me grow.
Now every week I send out a team mail teaching my team everything I have done but I do make it clear that you do not have to spend money if don't want to it will help your business grow faster if you do, but still I see a lot of people join and then just not log in again, I will send them E-cards with tips to encourage them to come back and stay but they still do not want stay.
So to end of my last question is, if SFI has worked and is working for so many of us why will anyone want to leave is there may be something more I can do to encourage people to stay with SFI?
In regards to why people want to leave, here is another question that answers this, why do they not want to get involved with their business from the moment they joined? You see if people like yourself actually take the time to learn about what it takes here to be successful they will go all in because you saw the gold mine here and as you said to become an EA and never ever let that go and have only strived to improve by becoming a team leader and I am sure your goal is to be a Diamond Team Leader some day. I was the same as you became an EA the first month, it was so easy, it was like wow this is great. I have never been below Team Leader since, but it is very difficult to find those like minded individuals. But when you do they not only are great team leaders themselves but good friends as I have made here over the years on my team.
The problem is most people do not have what it takes to give it the full commitment.
If you FOCUS on the small investment that it takes to guarantee yourself an EA and benefits that it brings then they lose sight of what their end goal is.
People are thinking they got a free lotto ticket when they sign up and find that they did not win the lottery on the other side (Affiliate Center) so that is the end of it.
Work is too daunting. If you are a person who wants to be in business for yourself where you are not restricted by how much you can make for your future, then those are the ones that you see work because I realized when I first joined a $32 investment that is going to bring you financial freedom someday is a very minimal cost to pay.
It translated to you and so you keep on it just does not translate the same to everyone. So don't think that you are doing anything wrong, your mindset is what is right and will keep you focused on your end goal. You will find those people, just remember that through all of those no shows you are going to find those ALL IN just keep going and don't be distracted by the inactive ones.
At last, you are the winner
The quitters never win and the winner never quit.
