My 1st line personally sponsor Affiliates are my Direct commission generating affiliates and as per Diamond plan you need at least 5 active PSA in you first generation so do not keep more than 8-10 active PSA means 2 to 5 PSA as a buffer if somebody is not performing as your mission then assign the rest affiliates to you first generation PSA and which are performing and moving. I did not keep direct members of DC.
To me, it was irrelevant, because I knew that what is in the direct commission helps my depth,
and if my depth is strong, I will be even stronger.
If you have 10 PSAs of DC you will have about $80 if everyone buys AD, do you know what it means when you redistribute those people in the right way to your depths and that you have much more from the matching.

I'm also doing the same. Just kept 5 team leaders who can able to recruit on their own below me and the rest will transfer to the eligible person who can support them. Since everybody is looking for signups I will talk to the BTL who is not very good in recruiting about the benefits they will receive because of the transfer I mean they will get signups through me and also from the new sponsor. Most of the time they will agree to it. Since they are getting signups from me and the new sponsor they will become very active in SFI. Other than to my first generation I can't transfer team leader to my other downline members so whenever I see somebody actively started working will reassign newly joined members to them. And always encourage them to participate in the opti build program . Trying my level best to help them. Hope one day will build a big and stable downline.
